222/228 Cammed 2005 F150 reaching 125 then cruising in overdrive at that speed, After my TomTom was done yelling at me, I accelerated to about 100 mph doing part throttle then punched it to 125 mph in third gear. After reaching that speed, I engaged overdrive and just cruised at that speed at about 3/4 throttle for a bit. I was not attepmting a top speed run, I wanted to see if I could drive in that gear without the high revs...and I can. I forced it into 4th gear at 5200 RPM even though it would have revved to about 6200 RPMs in third...which gets me to 138 mph.... not sure how fast it will get up to yet with my new set up. 222/228 duration cams with .540 lift, beehive springs, cam phaser limiters, custom built high stall tq converter, Ford Racing headers, ported heads, AEM intake, Aero 3030 muffler with dual exhuast side exits, colder spark plugs, 4.10 gears, 285/50R20 Goodyear TripleTred tires wraped on Roush 20 wheels and it is all tuned by Fastlane Inc. using SCT. Oh, and my A/C was also on during this run. I am still waiting on my short runner intake manifold. These cams really build power at 5000+ RPM, but my stock long runner manifold does not let that extra power take place. I should be able to rev to about 6700 and have about 45 more rwhp..
