2011 Ford F-150 XLT Regular Cab Sync Locks/Lockup USB issue, I have been having this issue with my Microsoft Sync system since mid to late last year. What happens is if I leave my iPod Touch (4th Generation, iOS 6.1.5) plugged in, when I start up my truck the Sync system locks up. It will either remedy itself in a few minutes, like in the video, or I will have to turn off the truck, remove the key, and open the door..
