Lift Your Truck for Free via a T Bar Crank (torsion bar), How to lift my truck, Torsion bar lift, tbar lift, This video shows you how to lift your truck equipped with torsion bars. This tbar lift is done on a 2001 Mazda B3000 / Ford Ranger. You will need an alignment afterwards because of the angle change in the suspension. Tighten the tbar screw to lift the truck, loosen to lower the truck. I got a 1.5in lift and my C/V joint angle is only at a 5 degree angle so it should be fine with minimal wear.
